This is my first Fan fiction so please take it easy on me. And all these characters are my OC's except for Gale, she's belongs to one of my buddies! Well I'm just going to add the characters details:

Kay (Main character)

Boy, Jett black spiky hair, ghostly white skin tone, 3 piercings on his left ear, black turtleneck, ripped jeans with 2 spiked belts, and plain white converse.

Gale

Girl, long black hair with blue bangs, golden skin tone, snake bites, checkered tank top, Hello Kitty capris, and black jordans.

Let the story begin!

Without any hesitation, I picked up my switch blade and cut through another one of those living dead things (zombies perhaps?). Gale was on the other side of the field handling and protecting herself with her own weapon, a chainsaw we saw at a shed not too far from here. I'm sure your wondering how this all started, huh? Well it's been like this for 3 weeks and 4 days now since these things had crawled out from the ground and took over all humanity.

And what are 'these things' you ask? Well, I'm not sure myself but they are these things that have a human body shape but they have glowing purple eyes and red pupils, their entire body is pitch black, and they can twist and turn themselves, maybe into a pretzel if they'd want to. Now, few signs their close by is you hear their skin crawling laughter, it literally makes you feel like there are tiny bugs underneath your skin! Another sign is how the temperature will drop once their about a mile away. But Gale had decided to call them 'Anti-Shadows' or something along those lines.

Yikes! I guess I zoned out for a bit there! One of the Anti-Shadows had tried to make a grab for my throat but with a quick side step and flick of my wrist I had cut half way down their fore arm. Did I mention their blood is a slimy green? Gross.

After what felt like hours, but in reality had only been a couple minutes me and Gale had finished them off and left the football field full of green slob. "Jeez, do you really have to do that! You're getting it all over me, Kay!" Gale said very annoyed after I shook my head cleaning it from the green blood like a wet dog would do. "It's bad enough your ignorance dragged us here and had us fight those things…" Blah, blah, blah! Trust me she'll go on for decades and she'd have me sleep walking if I don't tune her out A.S.A.P! Then a stinging pain is soon placed on my cheek and I look over at Gale with shock written all over my face, "Y….You just….s...slapped me…" placing my hand over my bruised cheek, I look up at her with my best puppy dog eyes "W….Why would you do that….?" I asked probably on the verge of tears.

"Because you're really getting on my nerves and just because your 12 doesn't mean I can't hit you! Jus t remember I'm older and in charge so don't you dare think cause your parents aren't here means you can act like a spoiled brat, okay?" Gale snapped back, glaring back at me in pure hatred. At the exact moment she mentioned my parents I looked down at the ground, a lump forming in my throat making it hard for me to breath but I look back up at her and softly whisper a 'sorry' before turning around and walking back to the school we use as shelter.

Well should I continue? I really like this and all but id like to hear from YOU…!
