I do not own Star Trek, nor Twilight, but I do I own this twisted plot. I am named after a Romulan... No wonder I'm twisted! I also can't believe nobody's done this yet. I mean, come on, two half-humans? And nobody's made a story/spoof yet? This is the prologue, and I am working on the prequel. Read and enjoy!
(In third person, new for me.)
"Come on Spock, or we won't make it!" Nessie cried urgently. The Federation had been called upon to assist with a supernova that would be big enough to destroy Ch'havran and Ch'rihan, (I don't have the book in front of me to be sure that's how they're spelled, sorry.) known in Federation standard as Rumulous and Remus. Nessie and Spock set off as quickly as possible. But when they got there, they discovered they hadn't quite made it in time to save the Romulan Planets. Nessie had been in her own smaller, faster ship, though the red matter never would've fitted inside. Because of that, she was the first to be sucked into the black hole. She drove the ship to Earth, and discovered the U.S.S. Kelvin was being built. She signed up for Starfleet, and got lucky enough as to be assigned to the Kelvin, and became Kirk's (Jim's father, coming up with a blank for his name.) best friend. So the day his wife was due with Jim, Nessie was with them.
"Don't worry, Mrs. Kirk." She said, reassuring her for what she counted to be the twenty-seventh time.
"I know Rennesme, I'm just worried."
"I'm sure it's natural."
"I know."
But Nessie looked outside, and saw an all-to-familiar ship appear from a black hole, though it looked like an electrical storm. She realized that all the fates were about to be changed. In her time, Nessie had never been a family friend of the Kirk's, but by coming through the hole, she'd changed that. She knew Nero's intentions would be hostile, and she also realized that would most likely allow her to do whatever, as Alice was sure to proclaim starships unsafe. She was already with Mrs. Kirk, so she went in the shuttle as they fled the exploding Kelvin.
Very short. Like it? More to come, and I will try to work on my other stories too.

Commander Ael (If you want to know where this name is from check out Diane Duane's "My Enemy, My Ally." [Which doesn't belong to me, so you know.] Her other books are pretty good. I finished "The Romulan Way"...yesterday? Or was it Sunday? Anyway, I'm reading Swordhunt now. Curse my dad, now AncientGeek, for naming me that. It's awkward when Diane uses Ael's name like "Ael was talking to Spock" or something... I'm enough of a Trekkie that it disturbs me that I can't actually do that. Sorry for ranting. Bye. Magic Green Button!
