Disclaimer: I don't own Acceleracers.

Hey I'm back after so long, had some issues going on and it's mostly solved, this idea came into my head because I used to like an older guy once, and no… it isn't you Mark. LOL. Anyways, the point is that the people are Shirako and Namie; Namie is my OC from Deal With the Past… this isn't that connected to it though, so you can read this with or without reading the other one. Enjoy… and Review!

A Moment Like This

By KawaiiYamato

His navy blue hair swayed to the breeze, a hand pressed against the green grass. While she looked at him, with her sparkling viridian eyes. Shadows of the tall cedar tree shaded them from the harsh rays.

He then looked back at her with much unsaid love and intensity, while she looked absolutely clueless of what is about to happen. The only thing noticeable would most probably be the blush creeping to her cheeks.

"Takamoto-kun," she stammered.

"Shh," he placed a finger on her cherry pink lips, "don't call me that, it makes me sound like a kid."

She can't help but to let out a girlish giggle.

"Aww, being 19 isn't very young. Kun," she said giving much emphasis on the 'forbidden' word.

He leaned closer to her to inhale that sweet scent of her freshly washed hair.

The both of them understand they can never be together. However, such moments like these seem so rare for the duo. One was 19- her beloved best friend, the other 16… betrothed to another. No place in Kyoto can tolerate such 'atrocity', but such 'atrocity' is no more one to them.

"Shirako," she whispered.

"Hmm?"

"Can I see your… mark of… the Yakuza?" she asked.

Without waiting for his approval, her hands pulled up that black piece of cloth, bit-by-bit, inch by inch. Suddenly, he slammed her hand against the grass. Her eyes are wide open with shock, worried that he is unhappy. However, her worries are gone the moment she felt a pair of lips pressed against hers.

His kiss is like his love to her, sweet with passion and intensity, yet bitter with forbiddance and sin.

Wrong to the world, yet right for them.

Hell yeah.
