Hi guys!
So, it's me. After two years.
You guys don't know how truly sorry I am for neglecting this story. I didn't realize how long it's been until I looked and found that I hadn't updated since July, 2013. That being said, I have no idea if the people who read it at the time are still willing to read it. Since it's been awhile since Maximum Ride was pretty popular, I have no idea if there's still a lot of people reading fanfics for it. Hopefully there is, and hopefully a lot of you are still wanting to read this story.
So, I have good news and bad news.
Good News: This is not an "I'm not completing this story" update. Never fear readers, the story shall go on! But, differently; I am planning on rewriting it. What's already happened in chapters 1-8 will most likely be in the rewrite, just written better (because let's be honest, my writing wasn't that great two years ago, and I like to think I've gotten better). As you read this, I am writing a detailed outline for how this story will play out, so I can post longer, detailed chapters quickly for you guys. This means that, as soon as I post chapter one, I'm going to delete the other chapters from (or maybe before, I haven't decided).
Bad News: AS I said, I'm still outlining the plot. I don't want to start writing until I'm sure I know how it's going to end (I've done this for another story I'm working on, and trust me this helps SO much in writing quick updates), so I don't know when the first chapter will be up. Hopefully soon, but I can't make any promises. Also, like I mentioned, I'm in the process of writing and posting chapters for another story on this site. Yes, I know that sounds like a terrible idea, but I am definitely not a patient person and could not possibly wait until I finished that story to try redo this one. That being said, if it takes me forever to update, that's the reason why. It usually takes me around a week to update, give or take a few days, so just please be patient with me. It may take me a little bit to get back into my Maximum Ride groove, since I've been focusing on so many more Anime and book fanfics, but I'm confident it'll happen.
Again, I am so extremely sorry for keeping you guys waiting for two years; I promise that I'm going to update this story, better than last time, but it might take me a little while, so just bear with me.
