"Its cold." Randy whined, stomping his feet in a futile attempt to warm himself.
"I know Randy, I know. You've only been telling me for the last hour and a half." Dave said irritably. Randy glared at him.
"Well you're the one who locked the damn keys in the car.!" Randy exclaimed, wrapping his arms around himself. "I hate the cold."
"Well if someone hadn't been distracting me, I wouldn't have locked the keys in the car." Dave replied, glaring at Randy and ignoring his last statement.
"I can't help it Dave! You wore that colone. You know what that does to me. And you can't complain you didn't like it." Randy pouted.
"That's why I wore it." Dave said with a grin, claiming Randy's mouth for a kiss.
"See? Your fault." Randy gasped when they pulled apart for air. Dave smiled and held his arms open for Randy to step into. He did, leaning his head against Dave's chest, listening to his breathing and the beating of his heart.
Dave stepped back, taking Randy with him so that he could sit on the hood of the car.
"I'm cold." Randy whimpered.
"I know." Dave said softly.
"We gonna freeze Dave?" Randy asked.
"No Randy, look." Randy looked up to see a minivan pull into the lot. The doors opened to reveal Hunter Hearst Helmsly and Shawn Michaels.
"Randy! Dave! Good Lord, we've been driving around forever trying to find you! What happened?" HBK said rapidly, fussing over the two of them.
"Locked the keys in the car cause Randy was distracting me." Dave said matter-of-factly.
"Bet you weren't complaining then." Hunter said with a grin. Dave returned it.
"True, my Angel's got talent that the world will never see." Randy blushed.
"Oh now he's modest." Hunter said, pulling Randy away from Dave and wrapping a blanket around his shoulders. Rqandy stick his tongue out at Hunter.
"Oh way to be mature Randy." Shawn teased, wrapping a second blanket around Dave. Randy slapped Hunter's hands away as he tried to wrap the blanket tighter around the younger man and returned to Dave's arms.
"Come on Shawn, lets get the lovebirds back to the hotel." Hunter said, winking and kissing Shawn on the nose.
"Oh like you two have room to talk." Dave said, defending himself and Randy.
"Never said we did." Shawn replied, returning the kiss. Dave and Randy rolled their eyes.
"Ya know its a little cold." Dave said off handedly.
"Sorry guys, how long have you been out here?" Shawn said, leading them to the van.
"'Bout two hours." Dave said, getting into the back seat and placing Randy on his lap.
"You musta been freezing." Hunter commented, driving them back to the hotel. Dave and Randy smiled.
"A little."
-LATER THAT NIGHT-
Dave and Randy lay in their warm bed that night, curled around each other. Dave was staring out the window at the snow.
"Baby? Whatcha thinkin bout?" Randy asked.
"Its cold outside." Dave said. Randy threw his head back and laughed.
