Chapter 1.

Miley had just finish doing an interview for Teen Trends. When she went home and had just gotten the news about her mother from her lawyer, Chris Down.

"Hello Miley."

"Hi Mr. Down."

"How many times do I have to tell you? Call me Chris." He said in a joking tone.

"Ok Chris. What brings you here?"

"I have some bad news. Your mother has been in a horrible car crash."

"Ok. Is she alright?"

"I'm sorry but she's gone."

When she heard the news, all that she could think of was what was going to happen to her.

"So. What is going to happen to me?"

"Well you don't have to do any of the home-schooling for 2-3 days. Also you have to have someone stay with you."

"Can I stay with Sharpay or Jason?"

"No you can't. Normally I would let if it was alright with them. But in your mom's will, it said that if anything happened to her, you would have to live with your dad."

"Okay. Wait I thought that she said that he was dead."

"No, he is still alive and better than ever."

Miley then started to wonder who was he and why her mom had never talked about him.

"So who is he?"

"He is Troy Bolton, the NBA Superstar. He has 1 son named Jackson."

"Do I have to move or am I staying here?"

"You don't have to move, but he has to come and live with you."

"Ok."

With Troy

Troy had just gotten home from practice. He then seen he had one new message and check it.

Mr. Troy Bolton,

I am Mr. Chris Down. Right now something very tragic has happened and I need to talk to you soon as possible. I know that you are a very busy person with you basketball career, but I would not be calling you if it wasn't important. So call me as soon as you get this message. Thank you. Bye.

When the message was over, Troy decided to call him and back seeing how he said that it was important. And nobody calls unless it was important. Besides his parents that is. Just as Troy picked up the phone to dial, Chad came in the room.

"hey dude."

"Hey Chad. Sup?"

"Not much. When did you get home?"

"Just then. Was there any mesaages?"

"No not really. Except for this one message from a Chris Down saying he needs to talk to you ASAP."

"Ok."

Troy then picked the phone back up and dial Chris Down. He waited for 5-6th ring and someone picked up.

"Hello?"

"Hi. Is Mr. Chris Down there?"

"I'm sorry but he isn't. Can I leave him a message?"

"That's ok. Just tell him Troy Bolton called."

"Okay sir."

He then hung the phone up and went to get himself a drink from his fridge. He then went and sat down next to Chad. Just then the phone rang.

"I'll get it." Chad said while getting the phone.

"Hello?"

"Hi is Troy Bolton there?"

"One second."

"Okay."

He then shouted out to Troy and he came.

"Troy phone." He shouted.

"Ok." he said taking the phone from him.

"Hello?"
