Moonlit Dance
Faeires came out of their hiding places in the trees.
They looked out, puzzled, at the two people.
Faeries watched as they danced, rising into the night.
There was no music, just the song of two heartbeats.
The moon came out then, shining on the two.
The gentle glow of the Fay sent a shimmer of light around them.
A ray of light streaked across her lightly tanned face.
He looked at her beauty; she looked at his soul.
As they gazed into each others eyes, hers periwinkle and his sapphire,
they slowed their dancing .
He leaned forward, and gracefully kissed her on her pink lips.
They broke apart, but with the Faeries glow in their eyes.
She laid her delicate face on his tanned shoulder, as they continued dancing,
their love for each other now an unbreakable bond.
