Nothing prepares you for death.
You may know it's coming, accept its inevitability but when the day finally comes that the ferryman arrives to guide a soul the whole situation finally hits you.
The pain, fear, grief all come, drowning you in an endless sea of emotion as you realize your life is over and there is nothing you can do to get it back. When death comes for us it doesn't matter the color of your skin, rich or poor, even if you were a good person or a criminal. In the end death comes for us all and there is nothing we can do to stop it, nothing you can promise that will buy you more time.
