The reason was every time he was around a bunch of other kids he would have out bursts of his powers and the last one he was in burned down. After that he was sent to a government facitly because he was consderied dangours to socity. Around the time test subjects for government projects was at a all time low and they decided they could use Haru and the people wouldn't need to know. He has so far spent three years in this facitly. The tests done on him have reutled in his weaknesses all except for chaos, the reason being is that it is the ultimate oppiste being that he can bend light and darkensses is the oppiste of light or order and chaos. As for the point on his ribs that is where they tested a VERY painful anti healing factor drug so they could test different things/p
