Don't be fooled by her rough icy exterior
Deep inside that woman mouse has and still does have a heart of gold
But years of pain and anguish formed a shield around her heart and body
The warmth of love that flowed thru her veins have been replaced
By cool ice water that flows like the Niagara Falls
Rocks and Steel have formed a barrier no one can break
Only a few people break thru the Lady's fortress
Those that do are gone forever
Once you enter her heart you'll never leave
Your only escape will be through your own demise
Deep inside her heart still beats
The love for her family and a select few
Once betrayed forgiveness is gone
No sense begging mercy is not yielding
She does what she can to redeem her own soul
But yet she doesn't want the world to know
Those that know her well knew hows she broke
Those that don't know her will never know she was once broke
She gladly helps who comes in need
Yet now she stands back and with holds the urge
To get to close is her greatest downfall
To feel pain of betrayal again will end her life.
