Chihiro Fujisaki- The Ultimate Writing Prodigy, One of the victims of Chapter 3 (Also has Genocide Jack)
Hifumi Yamada- The Ultimate Swimming Pro, The mastermind
Junko Enoshima- The Ultimate Programmer, One of the victims of Chapter 3
Kiyotaka Ishimaru- The Ultimate Detective, Survivor, is the helper of the protagonist
Kyouko Kirigiri- The Ultimate Baseball Star, Culprit of Chapter 1
Leon Kuwata- The Ultimate Gambler, Protagonist
Makoto Naegi- The Ultimate Martial Artist, Culprit of Chapter 2
