Hello there! This is my very first fanfiction here and This story is called Crystals of a Ring. I couldn't post the full summery before so i'll post it here and now:

Riven is the adopted daughter of Linavera and Grono Underhill. She knows she is part elf but nothing else. She can see into the future but is blind for sometime after. All her parents left for her was a lightweight soward, and a ring: one snake devouring the other with a flower crown. She always wears the ring.
She has a vision about a neck ring and three missing jewls. The other elf who has this vision is Master Elrond and he comes back to Middle Earth to tell the king of Gondor. The old fellowship forms again and they accidently meet Riven (who calls herself Mia Evenstar) who already found one crystal. Together they must find the remaining crystals to the neck ring and find the god to save valinor from the threat of evil or the undieing lands my never be the same.

I hope u read the story! see you at the bottom of the page!

Vision of a Ring

It was there, pieces scattered across Middle Earth. The rig it self bound around a pole in Rivendale. It was not a ring for the finger, but for the neck, as Riven saw it. She walked towards it, breathing sharply. Then her vision turned, she was in Valinor. Darkness was building in the east. The place where no war could reach was under threat of attack.
Then it went dark and Riven's subsided. She sat up sharply and breathed in and out. It was warm in her family's hobbit hole. She felt around her feather mattress and helped herself out of bed and over to her desk. Even if one thousand lights shone in Riven's room she would still not see. For after every vision the elf was blind.
Riven wrote in the book she used to record these strange visions in. It was not the first time she had sight of the evil stirring in Valinor.
When she was done she stumbled back to her bad and fell fast asleep.

A hobbit walked into Riven's room. She had blonde curly hair and fair freckled skin. This was Linavera, Riven's foster mother.

"Good morning mother," Riven said blinking to the sunshine the shone through her white lace curtains.

"Good morning Riven," her mother smiled and opened thoes same curtains.

Riven got out of bed and changed into a brown skirt and a collared button down white shirt that she folded the sleeves up to her elbows on. She also put on sandals on, because saw was an elf. You would never know it though, because she infact was the size of a hobbit. She was three foot three inches and she acted like a hobbit too. So only close family friends and of course her family knew that she was an elf.
Riven came down to the dining room brushing her straight long brown hair, she kept it long to cover her ears. Then she loosely braided it to keep it out of her bright blue eyes as she ate.
Hobbits generally ate a lot. Their meals of the day included Breakfast, second breakfast, elevensies, lunch in, afternoon tea, dinner, and supper; with small snacks in between. Out of those Riven only ate second breakfast, lunch in, and dinner. She didn't have the appetite a hobbit does. When she was done eating she took her sketchbook and headed off. She loved the Shire. It was full of nooks and crannies to keep one busy for days. Riven headed off to a field were bunches of trees grew. It was peaceful there.
