A/N: For everyone that wishes these days would be like the old ones. Where everything was much simpler. Originally a practice piece of writing because I realized my writing was lacking feelings. I'm trying to balance descriptions of scenes and feelings. :S

Roy clutched the tiny wooden frame in his hand. His lip trembled at the memories of the past. He couldn't bring himself to look at it any longer. Placing it down on the desk concealing the old picture his thoughts wavered. It won't be the same…not without Donna. He called Dick.
Dick stared at the duplicate picture he received as he listened to Roy's pleading voice, "Dick, c'mon pick up. I know you're there."
His heart sank as he stared at his younger self. Speedy tipping his hat upward while holding a peck on Donna's cheek for the camera. His free hand formed the 'OK' symbol. Donna, beside him, grinned; her arm slung across her childhood crush. He observed himself in his old Robin costume. Though his eyes concealed the joy was evident in his wide smile as he held Wally in a headlock. Wally was waving at the camera – laughing and smiling stupidly; typical of him. Lastly, Dick stared at Garth, with a heavy heart. He stood apart looking mature than the rest of his companions. His hands placed firmly on his hips, head held high and a boastful, gleaming grin plastered across his face.
Yeah, those were the good old days. When we were naïve, carefree and not yet burdened with the weight of the world of our shoulders. It's moments like those you'll never get back.
A/N: Omg, way to make myself even more emotional while typing this up – listening to Friends by Hedley. ): Anyways, I wrote this when I was reading Blackest Night…when they killed off Garth. D: Yeah the city, state and location are unknown because I lost my Outsiders file with the info…and I really don't know. :P
