With fear of germs and contamination
After the unsolved death of his wife Trudy
Which caused him to develop a obsessive compulsive disorder
This new little development costed his job
As a prominent homicide detective in the San Francisco Police Department
But he continues to do his work with the help of his assistants and his former boss
