Lucy's POV
I woke up. My eyes wore still groggy and I had that horrible morning breath. Like seriously, why does my mouth taste disgusting every time I wake up? It's not like I was eating garlic and onions WHILE sleeping.
Something felt off. Something was missing. Where was my mother, Celeste?
Before you say I'm a liar, my mom is a dragon. Apparently this man named Jude gave me to her, since my magical power was too strong to control without a teacher (AN: Layla died earlier). So Celeste took me in and decided to teach me Celestial Dragon Slaying magic: magic that can slay Dragons. I also had Gate Keys. My biological mother passed them down to me.
Okay, calm down. Celeste will come back, right? It's not like she'll leave me on my own, right?
Then why do I get a feeling that she WON'T be coming anytime soon?
