This is my first Fic, so please be nice! I love the pairing of Amy/11! Big virtual hugs for anyone who reviews! 3
Disclaimer: I (sadly) do not own Doctor Who, only this story plot. All rights belong to BBC and Steven Moffat. But Matt Smith owns my Heart & Soul! 3
Amy Pond sat on her bed, crying. The Doctor had came back. HerRaggedy Doctor. But then, almost as quickly as he came, he left again.
Leaving behind the crazy Amy Pond. Amelia Jessica Pond, the girl with the fairytale name, he had said. She believed him, trusted him when he said five minutes.
It had been twelve years.
She was enraged, alone, and hopelessly in love. Not with her boyfriend Rory Williams, but the man who she waited for. The Doctor.
And now she was alone again. "He'll come back," she whispered. "I know he will." She laid her head on her knees.
Two years later...
No matter how hard she tried, Amy couldn't forget him. Everyday felt the same, waiting for the Doctor to return to her. He always haunted her dreams...
Seven year old Amelia Pond sat on her suitcase, waiting for the Doctor to return to save her. The air outside was chilly; she pulled her knit hat down farther over her ears. She heard the sound of the Doctor's time machine and smiled...
Amy jolted up on her bed, startled awake by the sound she's heard for fourteen years, the sound she always wanted to hear.
The Doctor's TARDIS. She ran to her window and saw the blue Police Box materializing in her garden.
No, she thought to herself. He isn't here, Amelia. You're imagining again. Just then, a familiar man wearing a bow tie and a tweed jacket stepped out.
Amy ran down the stairs, throwing on her robe and sliding her feet in a pair of shoes.
"You're back." Those two words were all that escaped her mouth. "But, Prisoner Zero, the hospital, all that wonderful, amazing stuff..."
"That's not even half of it, Amelia," he said. Amy didn't bother to correct him about her name.
"Yes, but, all of that stuff..." she paused. "That was two years ago!"
The Doctor's eyes widened. "Ohhh, oops." "Yeah," Amy snapped, her Scottish cadence prominent. "So that's-" he started. She interrupted, quickly growing angrier. "Fourteen years!" The Doctor nodded solemnly.
"Fourteen years since fish-custard?" The Scot nodded, a sharp jolt of her head.
"Amelia Pond, the girl who waited... You've waited long enough." He opened the door to the TARDIS with a snap of his fingers.
Amy Pond walked into the TARDIS, feeling at-home immediately, never glancing back at her house, Leadworth, or the white satin wedding dress she would've never bought if the Doctor was only a year earlier.
He followed her and closed the door behind him, a smile on his face. "Well, Amelia. The entire universe at your fingertips, where do you want to start?"
Amy looked to the Doctor. He read her eyes and placed his hand on the lever that would take them from Leadworth. He pulled the lever down and the TARDIS shook violently, taking them into the Time Vortex; both of them laughing cheerfully with the other.
Amy was going on her first real adventure.
Okay, so, my story got away from me... *sighs audibly and shakes head.* But, you all would make me so happy if you could press that lovely button at the bottom of this screen! There might be more chapters later. But, before I update, I want at least 5 reviews! Thank you so much for reading this, Lovelies! 3 :D8 (Bow ties. Are. Cool.)
