It was a quiet night on the the Heart Pirates's ship. The submarine had surfaced and was now being gently rocked by the waves of the great sea. On board, most of the crew had gone to bed; ready for another big day tomorrow. They planned to dock on an island early in the morning. They had also gone to bed a bit earlier because there had been a big celebration for their captain's birthday. The crew's chef had made a big banquet for everyone. Loud music was played; it was a very lively party.
The only people who were still awake were Law and Sammy, who were sitting out on the deck. Sammy was leaning on Law's chest and Law had wrapped his strong arms around her smaller body. They both had decided to spend the rest of the night outside, watching the stars.
"Happy birthday, Law," Sammy said. She grabbed Law's left hand and gave it a gentle kiss, right where his tattoo was.
"Thanks," came the the gruff reply. Law really was never one to say a proper thank you.
"You're welcome," Sammy grinned. "And don't forget, you get your present tomorrow when we go to that hotel you were talking about earlier."
Law nuzzled the crook of Sammy's neck. "That's right; you'll be mine tomorrow night."
A light pink blush came onto Sammy's cheeks. "Y-Yeah..." She said shyly.
"Oh come on, it's my birthday; you have to do what I say," Law smirked.
"But tomorrow it won't be your birthday tomorrow, so you might want to have me tonight," Sammy said.
"Okay then, I will have you." After saying this, he stood up and pulled Sammy up with him. He wrapped his arms around her and walked her to his bedroom. "Come on, my present." He opened his door and they walked in. Law shut the door.
