Hey there! This is a little challenge I found on the profile of SoulNinjas! I found it a while ago but never had an idea for one. I got the idea for this one day when I was drinking none other than coffee!
Sorry about the Anima and Zombie thing confusion but it was the only way I was actually able to get this posted. It wouldn't work otherwise. There's been this error thing everytime I tried to post it but I found a solution on the forums.
I don't own Naruto or Ranger's Apprentice!
After an exhausting mission three Jonin walk together to the most popular spot in Konoha, the coffee shop. Without coffee there would be a whole lot less Jonin in the world. Coffee is the only thing that keeps Jonin alert on and off missions.
These three Jonin, Hyuga Neji, Hatake Kakashi, and Maito Gai, sat drinking the holy liquid when a certain blond haired idiot and bowl cut,youth obsessed, bushy brows walked by. "Hey guys what are you doing here?" Naruto greeted them.
Neji lower his cup, "Drinking coffee of course." he answered.
"I didn't think you liked coffee Neji." Lee said.
"I don't, but when you're a Jonin you learn to the love the stuff. Sometimes it's the only thing that keeps you alive on those grueling S-ranked missions."
Kakashi and Gai nodded in agreement.
"Really?" Naruto said in amazement.
"Like about it Naruto." Kakashi said, "Jonin almost always take S-ranked missions,"
"Sometimes several in a day." Gai put in.
"Right sometimes even several in a day. You know how S-ranked missions are, if you aren't always on your toes you can get killed easily. So coffee keeps us alert and ready for any danger we might face."
"What about off mission?" Lee asked.
"Great question Lee." Neji said, "At any given moment there could be an attack on the village right?"
"Well yeah." Lee answered.
Neji set down his now empty coffee cup before continuing, "Drinking coffee off mission keeps us alert so we can better defend the village if anything happens."
"I get it now!" Naruto said, "So should Chunin and Genin drink coffee too?"
The three Jonin looked at each other for a moment then Kakashi answered. "Well it really depends on the mission you get. Maybe after an A-ranked mission. But definitely after S-ranked ones."
"What about before?"
"Unless you have two S-ranked missions in a day, or even in two days there's no need. But it is acceptable on those S-ranked missions." Kakashi answered.
"Okay! Well we have to go, we promised to meet Sakura and the others for something. See ya."
The Jonin said goodbye to Naruto and Lee then got up to get another cup of coffee.
At a table in the corner of the shop two familiar figures sat also drinking coffee. Will looked at Halt. "I told you we could find some good information at the coffee shop!" he said.
Halt just grunted and drank the rest of his coffee. Once he finished he spoke. "I think we've gathered enough information. It's time to return to Orochimaru. Soon all the coffee in Konoha will belong to the rangers."
Will anime sweatdropped. "Halt you're scaring me." he said.
"Good." Halt replied. "Lets go back to Orochimaru now...After we have another cup of coffee that is."
"Or we could just stay here in the village so we don't have to wait for Orochimaru's plan to work to get all this coffee." Will suggested.
Halt thought for a moment, then spoke. "Good idea."
The rangers got up and they too got another cup of coffee.

I'm currently working on the next chapters of Neji's Pokemon Story and Demon Within as well as some new stories I plan to post. I'm currently suffering from a bit of writer's block so if you've got any ideas be sure to let me know! Even the stupid ideas are welcome because they may actually give me good ideas!
