Hey everybody! I'm here with a SnapexHermione fanfic dedicated to my friend Mr. Moosey a.k.a. LA! She gave me da plot bunny, and just like bunnies do, it multiplied! Hermione Grager sat at the edge of her bed, hair wet from her morning shower, wearing a blue hoodie with the words "I put a spell on you" and dark blue jeans, brushing the hair out of her eyes as she read out loud the headline of the suday edition of the Daily Prophet, he eyes growing wide. "NEW LAW PASSED BY MINISTRY OF MAGIC!" It screamed in bold letters, the look of pure horror on her face as she read the article making it look like the papers would suddenly bite her at any moment, like Hagrid's mythical beasts book they used three years ago in her third year at Hogwarts. The article read:

NEW LAW PASSED BY MINISTRY OF MAGIC!
Yesterday at the office of Cornilius Fudge, a law was passed by severeal different men and women, to try and make it so there wold be less squibs born throughout the world. Law #302 states many things, so I will just list them here to make them more understandable:
1.) The coupling must be with a pureblood and a half-blood

2.) The marring couple can be of any age gap, but both must be over 14

3.) If a heir is not produced or spawned within a year, the couple will devorce, and can remarry

4.) The man must send in a proposal to marry the girl, and if their is more than one suitor, the girl must choose whom she is to marry, she must marry one of her suitors

5.) Once you are married, you will have all the rights an adult witch or wizard has while residing in the wizarding world (this includes drinking, smoking, driving, ect.)

She stopped the article there, too flustered to go on. "This is ridiculus!" she screamed as she ran down the stairs and shoved the paper under her mother and fathers nose, who were sitting in the living room, drinking their morning coffe. "Just read it!" she said, and sat down in the armchair, crossing her arms with a look of rage masking her features. Her parents read over the paper, and when the were through, her mothers face was deathly pale, as was her fathers, and her eyes were as wide as dinner plates. "T-they c-can't be serious? Now can they dear?" her mother said, hoping this was some horrible prank of her daughter's, and in just a moment Hermione would jump up and scream "April Fools!". Of course, there were just a few problems with this theory, 1.) because Hermione never would lie to her paarents, and 2.) it was the middle of August.
