First Dance
It was their first date, how did this happen? It's all because of a certain boy with glasses suggest to Jack that he and Miko should go out; and after a lot of persuading, he finally got his friend to take her out on a date. The two were at a dance at school, both nervous and somewhat embarrassed. "So…you ready for this?" the dark haired asked the girl in his right arm, "As I'll ever be," she said with a shy smile.
They went in and the place was packed with people; you could see all the people dancing, laughing, and having the time of their lives. The lights of bright colors dancing all around the room, and could smell the food that was served. Jack and Miko walked in without saying a word and everyone stared at them; Jack wore a plain black suit and tie, Miko wore a purple dress with no stapes and sparked with glider. "So…what do you wanna do first?" asked Jack, "Mm, let me think," replied Miko. She looked around the room and made her choice; "Let's get a couple of sodas before we dance," she said, "Alright, I'll be right back in a moment," Jack as he walked towards the food stand.
Miko stood there waiting for Jack to return, she was starting to think that coming to the dance wasn't a bad idea. And she that while she did have feelings for the dark hair boy, she never expected them doing something like this. And decided that they should do this more often.
Jack came back with the sodas for the two, "Here you go," he said as he gave her one of cups of soda. "Thanks," said Miko, "So…what do want to do now?" the 16 year old boy as he took a sip. Miko was about to answer Jack's question.
Suddenly, slow dance music starts playing, the lights dime and people start to dance on the floor under the disco ball. Soon Jack and Miko came to the same answer. "Do you wanna dance with me?" the Japanese girl asked with a smile; "Sure…" he answered, then taking her and leading her to the dance floor. The two starting dancing along with the others, slowing rocking from side to side, with beautiful and slow music playing, nothing could break them apart.
Silence stood between them as they lived in the moment, not even worrying about the world around them. Miko and smiled at each other as they danced, Miko rested her head on Jack's head; and Jack raped both of his of arms around her waist as they enjoyed the beautiful and tender moment. "Hey Jack," Miko finally broke the silence between them, "Yeah?" he respond. "Thanks for bringing me here, I'm having a great time with you," Miko confessed to him. "I'm glad I came with you too," he said honestly to the girl in his arms.
The stopped dancing and gazed into each other's eyes, then they something completely unexpected: they leaned towards each other faces and kissed their lips tenderly. As new lovers kissed in dime lights, the song they shared their first dance ended with words that made their first dance the best, they have ever had.
