After Angus got his prize, he then saw a depressed Fletcher, because their chance to win just got out of the window. Angus, then realizing that it would be unfair to keep the prize to himself, decided to do something.
"Hey, Fletcher?"
"Oh hi Angus."
"Look, I feel sorry I had to keep this prize for myself. So, I decided, since Olive won't go out with me with it, how about you and Paisley have it?"
"You… you mean it Angus?"
"Well again, Olive won't go out with me with this prize. So, here."
Angus gave the gift card and Fletcher said, "Thanks Angus. I didn't know you'll do it for us."
"Well, You guys do deserve it more than I do."
Principal Skidmore then asked, "Why did you do this kind thing to your opponent?"
"Well Principal… let's just say I can't do this… without my Olive."
Principal Skidmore then faced Fletcher and Paisley and said, "Well you two are lucky that he had to give it up for both of you."
Fletcher said, "Thanks…"
Paisley then said, "So we then go out on a date?"
"Yes Paisley! We'll get to go on a date!"
"I'd love to go on a date with you!" and then she hugged him and he hugged back.
Both of them were happy that day.
After school Fletcher crossed paths with Chyna and said, "Hey Chyna. How's school?"
"That's fine… one record producer screwed me over and poof… there goes my chance to be a singer."
"That's ok Chyna… there's another chance… but we'll have to wait."
"Thanks Fletcher." Then she hugged him and then asked, "By the way Fletcher, I didn't get to see you today… anything nice today?"
"Let's just say Angus saved the day… for me."
As the two friends walked on the way out of the door Chyna said, "What happened to your other sleeve?"
"Well… Paisley had a last minute modification…"
