She is the adorable Soc girl that likes him instead of Soda. Even after his Evelyn dumped him for Ray Hood.
Steve was talking outside with the guys. "This girl is so annoying!" He rolled his eyes at his 'favorite fan.' So annoyingly cute, bright, perky that she made him ache for a drink. One large Corona.
Soda choked back a laugh.
Sure enough Evie came storming out, this time talking nonsense about going on a date. Steve sighed and walked up to her.
"Alright- Alright, I'LL GO ON A DATE WITH YOU...!"
She giggled and pecked him on the cheek, handing something to him.
It was a paper. "Meet me 8:00 tonight," it said urgently.
Marcia: Do you like Soda...? She asked Cherry as they walked.

That night, she dressed as sharply as possible.
