I have a King, the mightiest in all the world and beyond.
He rules over all, with great strength and wisdom,
Always watching over all in creation,
Watching every event that happens everywhere,
From the greatest achievements and the biggest problems,
To the most humble deeds and smallest worries.
He is generous and blesses His people,
Yet also gives us tests and trials,
Standing with us through thick and thin,
Helping us to find solutions, and giving us hope and strength to endure.
He is massive, a giant amongst all,
Powerful with a might that outmatches anything and everything...
And has a heart twice as big, as He cares for all,
Even when we disappoint Him, He still gives us love.
My King has a love that is indescribable,
And cannot be measured even with the largest numbers.
But He showed His love, by sending His son to teach us about it,
And he died on the cross to pay our debt, and save us,
So that one day we may enter His kingdom.
My King… the King of kings, is all-powerful, all-knowing,
And is forgiving, faithful, and gives us His ever-lasting love.
He is mighty, but still humble enough to walk among us,
Being both a friend and Savior to us.
And one day, His kingdom shall come,
The doors open to His followers.
Praise be God Almight and Christ my Lord,
King of kings, and King of my heart.
