She was a normal student. However, everything changed when she was fifteen. Now you might be wondering who she is; it's simple. Her name is Kagome Higurashi. On her fifteenth birthday, she was on her way to school when she noticed her brother, Sota, in the well house. She went to him when he said that their cat, Buyo, was in there. She went in and got the cat. However, as she was leaving, the boards on the well shattered opened and out came a centipede demon. She pulled down five hundred years into the past. While there, she met Kaede, Inuyasha, Shippo, Miroku, Sango, Koga, Hakaku, Ginta, Jinenji, Sesshomaru and a lot more. She also met Naraku, who was her enemy and his incarnations, Kagura, Kanna, Hakudoshi, Muso and others. She had spent three years trying to eradicate Naraku but managed to eradicate his incarnations. It took another three years to find and kill Naraku; however he took Miroku, Sango, Shippo, Kilala, and Inuyasha with him. She was forced to stay in the past, as the well had been destroyed in the battle. Midoriko had come from in the Shikon and told her that the Kamis had decided that since she had lost her allies and had the hardest journey that she was to be the Eternal Guardian. She had then wandered the world, looking for rogue beings. Four hundred ninety seven years later, she met a man named Miguel. She had a fling with him and ended up pregnant. The father said she lied and left. She went to have the baby. Nine months later, she had a beautiful baby girl that she named…Amaya. When Amaya was three, she returned to her family home, where she was greeted by Sota, Grandpa Higurashi and Mama Higurashi. They told her everything; how her father was a mage; how he died in a battle against ghouls. And she, in turn told them of her adventure back to them. They all loved little Amaya. They taught her of the way of mages. Eight years later, Mama Higurashi and Grandpa Higurashi was murdered. Sota happened to have been in college and was safe due to that. Seventeen years later, Amaya met a man she really, really liked. She started dating him. However, he abused her, though Kagome hadn't known it. A year later, Amaya married said man. He made her feel violated every night. She ended up pregnant late that fall and was due the day of her birthday. She gave birth but she had died. Her husband, angry that Kagome was taking his child from him, went to hypnotize her but was shocked. He fled. Sota later found a woman he liked—and later loved—and started dating her. He married her two years later. They had eight children, four boys and four girls, before they couldn't have anymore. They passed away in their eighties. She continued watching over her brother's lineage. For two thousand years, she traveled, looking for her purpose.

Her life changes from here on out.
