Sasuke and Sakura are happily married but Fugaku hated Sakura. Something horrible happens and Sakura is forced to leave Sasuke but Sasuke being the stubborn mule he is refused to let that happen despite Fugaku's attempt of making him marry someone else. So Sasuke somehow gets Sakura pregnant. So now what?
