"Is something wrong?" Yugi looked up to see his friend Jounochi.

"No, everything is alright Jounochi-kun." Yugi smiled.

"Eh... alright... but if anyone is bothering you, come to me alright." Jounochi smiled, and Yugi nodded.

Later that day Yugi waved goodbye to his friends and walked home.

"Wonder why I've been so tired lately." he ywaned and set his stuff down in his room, "I think I'll do my homework and then take a nap."

And with that in mind Yugi got the things he needed out of his backpack and set to work, and the next thing he know, Yugi was in a room filling to the brim with toys and games, a man who looked similar to him standing in the center.

"Dad!" Yugi ran over and hugged the man.

"Welcome back Yugi." the man smiled and hugged the small teen, and soon the two males were playing games.

Outside Yugi's mind the millennium puzzle glowed brightly before the other soul inhabiting Yugi's body appeared in a meadow with a building not to far from him.

"So this is were the thing took my Hikari." he scowled, "He will pay."

As he started to walked towards the building a figure that looked like Yugi appeared in front of the other soul, but he had black patches all over.

"Oh? A intruder?" the Yugi look alike grinned.

"Where is my other half?" Yami demanded.

"He's busy playing with his father, they're having so much fun! Oh, it would be horrible to intrupt them..." the thing giggled.

"His father abandoned him years ago! Release your spell on him this instant!" Yami shouted.

"Nu uh, he's having soooo much fun!" the thing smiled, which unfortunately for the Fauchereve, for that's what it was, it was the wrong answer. Yami snarled and released his shadows upon him and stalked away, his anger blinding him from the fact that the Fauchereve escaped.

When he got to the building he found Yugi playing with a man who was pratically a carbon copy of the other.

"Yugi!" Yami sighed in releif.

"Who are you?" Yugi tilted his head in question, making Yami frown once more. Yami made a move to step closer to the small teen but the man stood up and blocked his path.

"Don't touch my son." he scowled.

"Dad..." Yugi looked a bit uncertain, and a bit frightened.

"Don't worry son, I'll take care of him, just sit tight." his 'father' patted his head.

"Very well then, I'll leave, if you can beat me at chess." Yami smirked as he sat down at a table with a chess board on it.

"Chess? If you wish, but I do hope you enjoy losing." the man sat down across from Yami.

"Oh, but this game is different, if you cheat or quit in the middle of the game you shall play a penalty game." Yami commented as he studied the board, seeing that he was black.

"Very well." the illusion nodded and made his first move, starting the game. After a very intense match, Yami managed to barely win.

"I do beleive I win." he stood up, "Come along little Yugi." he called.

"No! He's suppose to stay here!" the man pitched a fit and threw a toy at Yami, which he easily dodged.

"The door of darkness has opened." he scowled and the man fell to the floor, screaming bloody murder.

"Come Yugi." Yami approched the smaller male as one would approch a frightened animal.

"No! Stay away!" Yugi shouted as Yami lightly touched his forearm, causing the puzzle around his neck to flash with a blinding light. When they regained their sight had a dazed look upon his face.

"Y-Yami? Where am I...?" he mumbled in confusion.

"I will explain later, for now we must leave this place." Yami pulled Yugi up and lead him out of the building, trying to think of a way to get them back into the real world. Yami was startled out of his thoughts when Yugi gave a startled yelp.

"Wh-Who's he? And why does he look like us?" Yugi hid behind Yami as the Fauchereve appeared.

"You can't take him!" he shrieked.

"...A game then, if you win, we'll both stay, all you have to do is roll a higher number then me." Yami held up a pair of dice.

"Fine!" Fauchereve snatched a die from Yami. Yami simply chuckled as he dropped his die, getting a five.

"I'll beat that! Oh, look a beasty!" Fauchereve pointed behind them, making Yugi turn in fright, forcing Yami to look away to calm his light. When he turned back the Fauchereve's die had landed on a six, making Yami smirk.

"The door of darkness, has opened." an eye of horus glowed on Yami's forehead as many people surrounded the dream reaper.

"Ooooh friends!" he squealed, but when he went to talk to one it turned into a hidious beast, making him scream out in fright.

"Until that you cannot force people to be friends with you, everyone you approch with turn into a horrible monster." Yami told him his sentence.

Yugi's eyes slowly opened as he looked around in confusion, seeing that he was in his bed and Jounochi was next to his bed.

"Yug! You're awake! You've been out for three days!" Jou cried in releif.

"Sorry Jounochi-kun..." Yugi trailed off as he tried to remember what had happened.

'Do not worry about it Yugi.' the spirit of the puzzle appeared next to him.

'O..Okay...' he nodded slightly, before paying attention to Jounochi who was giving a very detailed account about something funny that happened at school earlier.
