Author's Notes: Personally I don't think Draco and Ron should get together at all. Like, never. I quite like Draco/Ginny, Draco/Hermione, Draco/Blaise and Draco/Harry but Draco and Ron is a real no, but well, my friend gave me Ron/Draco and cactus as a pairing and a word to be in the drabble so I went along. You guys're welcome to give me a pairing and word too just drop me an email to the address on my profile. My beta's com died so I don't want to get any longer stuff out, and writing something in a hundred words helps hone my discipline. My first ever drabble! Which isn't really good but well. I don't like Draco/Ron ( )
It was a typical Monday morning, and Ron sat down for breakfast with his thoughts focused on staying awake.
"WHO- PUT- THIS- CACTUS- HERE!" he yelled, jumping from his seat with renewed life. Amidst laughs and half-hearted attempts to check that Ron was fine, no one noticed the blond watching from the Slytherin table, much less when his mouth upturned into a smile.
The cactus was just the start of their soon-to-be relationship. So what if Draco's attention-grabbing methods were a bit different? He was a Malfoy, and pureblood was the only option. Lucius just hadn't counted on Draco's preferences.
