Chapter One: Unforgivables

A figure in a golden robe appeared on the road. It appeared so swiftly, almost as if it had been invisible. The figure strode down the road at a fast pace. The hood of the robe was drawn up so the face was hidden. Yet when the figure reached a second one who had an emerald robe on, the second shown don emotion.
"Phoenix?" The green figure asked. By the deepness of the voice, it could be identified as a man.
"Dragon," the golden figure, Phoenix, nodded.
"We're really gunna do it?" Dragon asked.
Phoenix nodded. "It's the only way. Besides, if it causes our death, we shall see our families and friends again."
Dragon nodded his head. "But, Harry, we can't risk it!"
"Draco!" Harry Potter hissed. "There is no one left. Britain was demolished. Any survivors left for the States."
Draco Malfoy lowered his hood. "But if we go through with this, I will still be on the side of evil. My parents and I changed sides when we were captured."
"All we have to do is make sure Ginny gets that diary. Then we can get Dumbledore to convert your family."
Draco looked Harry in the eyes. "You're really sure about this?" He asked softly. "You'll let your wife get the diary?"
Harry looked down. "I don't want her to have it, but she insisted before she..." He trailed of and they fell silent. Months ago the battle had ended, but days before it did, an accident occurred. Harry, Draco, Ginny, and Ron, the last few survivors, had launched a surprise attack on the Death Eaters. But Voldemort decided to be clever and use muggle bombs. Ginny and Ron, not knowing what it was were hurt and Harry and Draco had to apperate them out. Ginny and Ron were supposed to come with Harry and Draco, but there were injured badly and died. But Ginny told Harry that under no circumstance was he to keep her from getting the diary. Harry agreed reluctantly. Now here Harry was with Draco, ready to set the plans in action.
The two quickly set up a circular area of prisms. Stepping inside of it, they raised their wands and together said the same deadly spell.
"AVADA KEDAVERA!"
Harry and Draco slumped to the ground, except they were dead before they fell.
A/N: Like it? In case you haven't guessed the two are time traveling. Originally they planned for Ron, Hermione, Astrida, and Ginny to come along, but they all died so yeah.
