Summary: There is someone who looks a lot like Sam's dead girlfriend Jessica Moore. Who is she? Is she a victim of someone's elaborate scheme? Or is she a monster that needs to be hunted.

"Sam, we're going to be late."

Sam stuck his head around the bathroom door, removing the toothbrush from his mouth. "We're out of toothpaste."
"I knew I forgot something while I was at the store."

Jessica looked at her reflection in her compact mirror, getting hugged from behind by Sam. "Nope, you're still beautiful."

"Flattery will get you everywhere." She turned around, smiling at him, getting another warm kiss on the lips.

"I love you, Jess."

"You do?" It was the first time she had heard him say it.

"Look at my eyes.."

"Look at my eyes," the spectacled man read from the red velvet diary with gold letters.

"Did he really say that?" His younger companion peered over his shoulder.

The two men looked at the prone woman with bandages on her face, lying on the steel table.

"It's written here in Jessica's journal. Our young lady is absorbing it into her long-term memory."

"And you think this'll really work? You think he'll go for it?"

"He'll go for it," the spectacled man said confidently. "Now it's time to remove the bandages."

The monitor that kept track of her heart rate beeped faster when the first of the bandages were removed.

"It's alright, my darling one. You're healing very nicely. And soon you'll be seeing him. Very very soon."

When the last bandage was removed, the young woman gingerly touched her face. "Can…can I see?"

As his assistant got her a slightly tarnished silver mirror and set it in her hand, as she saw the face of Sam Winchester's long dead girlfriend staring back at her, the spectacled scientist began to laugh.
