STORY MODE

Inkopolis has rebuilt after a devastating war between the octarian and inklings. Starting with the Octo-Canyon being invaded by the gruesome Salmonids. But now peace has been made between the two species. But a new threat arises from the polluted sector. Salmonids. Sheldon, who is now a cyborg, brings the player news that Marina, Pearl, Marie, and Callie have been taken hostage by a mysterious new villain known as Darkness 10actle, someone or something under a layer of protective ink armor that controls any weak minded species, the Salmonids. Now he's announced a new weapon is being built for the annihilation of Inkopolis and the new segment of Inkopolis known as Octocity. So you better hurry, Inkopolis and Octocity are counting on you. Story mode gameplay

of the Octarians being the baddies, you must face the mindless, ruthless, senile Salmonids. The chums have been upgraded from frying pans to full out blasters. Small fries are now exploding warriors. The player has also been allowed to upgrade to have one special ability( which the player can get the others with cost of power eggs)

Turbo squid: for 20 second, the player can swim as a squid and cover the area in his or her ink.

Omega weapon: for 15 seconds, the player gets a random omega weapon to use on the enemies.

Ink suit: for 20 seconds, the player is invincible against all enemies and can cause enemies to attack one another.

OMEGA WEAPONS

In the game, Sheldon has created super powerful but Unstable Omega weapons. These weapons are used only for 30 seconds until they explode! There are five omega weapons.

Omega Blitzer: the blitzer fires mini tenkamissiles that can be fired multiple times.

Omega canon: the canon can fire 20 rounds of hardcore splatters of ink.

Omega launcher: the launcher fires grenades at each location with a radius of 2 meters long.

Omega Zooka: the Zooka is a one shot wonder that can cover a quarter of the battle field if charged fully.

Omega Ammoknight sword: This is the rarest of the omega weapons. Giving the player a sword and shield to fight enemies with 1 slash kill.

New Weapons

Ink rifles: fire blasts of ink from medium range with high power.

Ink darts: poison enemies slowly with long range Ink darts.

Ink nozzle: spray enemies with the ink Nozzle from a short range. As long as your canister is with you.

Sub weapons

Inknade: a rolling bomb that uses less ink with more power with an exception of low radius

Squidrone: fly over enemy territory to mark 1 player and track them on the map. And mark them with your weapon

Squirting shield: defend your teammates with a giant wall of ink for 3 seconds

Swap stop: Switch players immediately using these two teleporters that are extremely breakable.

New mode

Roboling Rumble!

Sheldon has built new high tech robots best known as Robolings. Sadly they were not approved for the Splatoon squad. Lucky for you, you can practice new skills with these bots in head to head combat. Compete against these AIs to win prizes like gear, golden eggs, even weapons! Fight in arenas like: Mawtown, chum river, Octocity arena, and The squid dome.

Golden Eggs

In Splatoon 3, Mr. Grizz begins to give you power eggs as payment (mostly because of federal laws). These power eggs can be used to improve things like omega weapons and gear.
