He wondered how Ritsuka had acted around Seimei, and it made his heart ache.
Ritsuka would insist on fleeing from Soubi - in body, and in mind, and in emotion - but Soubi would not fault it: after all, he is very young.
And his sacrifice had told him with eyes narrowed and heart closed but so obviously open, "I don't trust you."
That night he lay on his back and thought about Ritsuka's name.
