Sasuke walks into the house after a long day of school. As he took off his shoes at the door, he heard noises coming from the kitchen. Sasuke, being the noisy 6 year old he is, goes to investigate.
Itachi and his father are arguing in the kitchen, not even noticing the new arrival at the door frame. "You can't force him to do something like that, he is just a child," Itachi says coldly to the man he had called father.
"I can do whatever I want and you can't stop me. he is my son not yours'!" Uchiha Fugaku yells back at his first born.
Sasuke cringes at his father's tone even if it wasn't directed at him for once. His nii-san is so brave to stand up to father like this. "Fine father. If you won't see it my way then I will take Sasuke and move out," Itachi says in a slightly raised voice.
Itachi finally notices Sasuke standing at the door. He grabs Sasuke's arm as he passes and drops him off at his bedroom. "Go pack all your things quickly Otouto," Itachi whispers as he makes his way to his own room.
-TIME SKIP OF 4 HOURS-
Sasuke looks around at his new home. Its a cheap one bedroom apartment, but his Nii-san is with him so it is home. Itachi yells for him from the bedroom, telling him to put up his clothes in the two bottom dresser drawers. Sasuke runs in there to see Itachi spread out on his queen size bed. Sadly they could only fit one bed in the small room so they had to share. Sasuke quickly jumps on the bed and sits by his brother's head. As he plays with Itachi's hair, he starts to sing.
You are my Nii-san
My only Nii-san
You make me happy, when skies are gray.
You don't kno-ow how much I love you
Oh please don't take my Nii-san away.
Itachi feels something drip onto his head and as he looks up, he sees Sasuke crying. "Don't cry my Otouto. I will always be with you."
