Waxy Death
Chapter 1 – Entering Ambrose can be dangerous
It was dark night. The full moon was shining on Ambrose. On the horizon you could see dark clouds. A storm was approaching.
Vincent and Bo sat in the Sinclair house on the table. Above the table hung an oil lamp which threw a wavering light into the room. A vivid flash of lightning jerked next to the Sinclair house. Vincent walked to the window and looked out. As always Ambrose looked very deserted. No people in the streets, no traffic noise,… But suddenly Vincent saw that a car drove to the gas station. "Bo, look there", said Vincent to his brother and pointed at the gas station. "Let's have a look at that car", decided Bo. The twins quit the Sinclair house and walked down the street. The rain lashed against their faces. They saw a forked lightning at the sky and heard a loud peal of thunder. "I hate that damnable weather", railed Bo. Vincent bellowed. Soon after the twins stood behind a wall near the gas station and observed the gas station. In the car were a man and a woman. Abruptly the man got out of the car. He walked to the church. "You catch the man, Freak, I catch the woman", commanded Bo. The twins waited till the man was in the church. Then Bo walked to the car and Vincent walked to the church.
The woman in the car saw that Bo approached her. She got frightened. She wanted to lock the car, but Bo was faster. He poached the door and seized her by the collar. She screamed. "Shut up", Bo shouted at her. She didn't stop screaming. He made a fist and three times he striked in her face. Then she fainted and Bo could drag her into the sinclair house without ruffle or excitement.
Vincent opened the church door. Next to the priest was the man from the car. In the hands of Vincent were two knives. Vincent ran at the man. After a short fight, Vincent knocked him over. "Fuck", the man shouted. Then Vincent kicked into his face and stabbed him.
