"Elliot?" Detective Olivia Benson yelled.

"Go away!" Detective Elliot Stabler screamed to her.

Olivia walked into her partner's apartment and quickly scanned the kitchen.

" Come on Elliot, stop being such an ass" Olivia yelled angrily back and started to look for him.

" Why? Why does it matter? I'M GONE OLIVIA!" He yelled out.

" C'mon, you're not gone! You just got suspended! It's not the end of the world" She shouted out to him.

Olivia ran into the bathroom to find him sitting with his head in his hands.

" C'mon lets go talk, I brought Italian" She tried to con him out into the kitchen.

" Fine" He said as he lifted him self up and rubbed his hands together.

" When do you come back?" Olivia questioned.

Elliot had gone a little overboard with a suspect and ' accidentally' slammed his head into a door…4 times.

"2 weeks… guess I could use SOME time off, right?" He asked Olivia for reassurance.

Ever sine the divorce Eliot had been a ' little' angry at times.

"Yeah, but I'll miss you" Oivia pouted and put her hand over her heart

Elliot laughed and nodded.

They sat and watched T.V till about 12:00.

"Well I better go" Olivia said while yawning.

"I'll walk you to the door" Elliot said while standing up.

They stood at the door for a second just staring at each other.

Olivia was nervous. She wanted to kiss him and make him feel wanted but she also didn't want to break the rules or her friendship with Elliot. Then out of nowhere Elliot leaned down and brushed a soft kiss on her lips.

"Goodnight Olivia" He whispered

"Night" She whispered back and walked out the door.

Elliot closed the door and smiled to himself and thanked god for having Olivia here to save him.
