Ginny Weasley stood in the middle of the living room of the Burrow, feeling like everything around her slowed down for a second as she watched her brother George twisting his face in pain and heard Bill tell the others that Mad-Eye was dead...
But the voices seemed so far away...
Watching her brother bleeding and feeling the aftermath of the fear she had been in during the last hours she finally realised that their childhood was over.
She had tried to push it away, but now reality was crashing down on her.
George would recover, but nothing would ever be the same.
Dark times were ahead and she could feel that many people would fall, loved ones before all of this could come to an end.
Ginny was never afraid of changes, but today she was.
