School. Lunch time. Girls gather around Akane's table and read girl magazines. "Look! Here's a test to see if your boyfriend will become a good husband someday. " One of the girls says.
Ranma is right next to Akane. (He is trying to steal Akane's lunch.) He looks at the test and asks, "girls actually have test for that?"
"Sure they do." Another guy says, "last issue they had a test on how good your boyfriend is at sex."
Ranma shakes his head, "come on, you all actually believe you can determine how good a husband your boyfriend will be just by a couple of question?"
"Of course!" The girls say, "do you wanna try, Ranma?"
"No, that will be totally pointless."
"Are you afraid you ain't a good husband?"
"Of course not."
"Then tell me. If your mom and your girlfriend both falls into the river, which one would you help?"
"My mom."
The girl laughs, "that means you're goona be the worse kind of husband. You're mama's boy. You're gonna side with your mother and pick on your wife."
"What are you all talking about? I just want to save my mother because my wife is young and she can swim back to shore by herself. I can't make my mom swim by herself! What kind of men will leave his mother in the water?" Ranma says, "and FYI, I ain't gonna pick on my wife with or without my mother."
"Face it, Ranma, you're a mama's boy. You ain't gonna be a good husband." The girls say, "Akane, you better dump him before your wedding day."
(Stupid test.) Ranma mutters.
Bell rings. Lunch ends. Everyone go back to their seat as afternoon classes start. While the teacher lecture, Ranma watches Akane.
(Wonder if Akane think I'm a mama's boy and doesn't want to marry me?) Ranma thinks. He then mentally yells at himself, (What's your problem, Ranma, why do you care if that uncute tomboy wants to marry you or not?)
After School, Ranma looks everywhere but see no Akane, "Where did that uncute tomboy go?"
Ranma walks around the school and sees Akane struggling in the pool.
"Akane!" Ranma jumps into the pool and drags her out of the water. Akane coughs heavily, trying to get the water out of herself.
"What the hell are you thinking being here by yourself? You can't swim! You trying to kill yourself?" Ranma yells at Akane.
"I want to learn to swim so I can save myself when I fall into the river." Akane says, "I don't want you to worry about me when you're saving your mother."
"You moron! That's just a stupid question from a stupid magazine! Why do you go bother yourself with that?" Ranma shouts. Even though he acts mad outside, he is kindda happy inside. Akane doesn't think he isn't a worthy husband after all.
"Listen, you fool. I ALWAYS worry about you no matter what." Ranma says as he puts a towel over Akane, "and don't bother learning how to swim, I will save both my mother and you."
Akane smiles. Ranma says, "Now, it's time for CPR."
"CPR? I don't need CPR…" Akane says, but Ranma presses his lips on Akane's mouth already. Ranma kisses Akane passionately.
