Summary: This is a Prolouge of Ash ketchum before he started his Pokemon Journey from Kanto to Equestria. Along with his partner Pikachu and Eevee, He travels through 7 region to become a Pokemon Master and Top Coordinator.
This story is inspired by raychiu. I hope he and everybody else likes my version of the Pokemon anime with Equestria Girls characters in it.
Ash will have a Harem with main 7 from Equestria Girls and maybe some girls from the Pokemon anime with main shipping is AuraMagicShipping is what I think it's called.

Pokemon: Ash's Journey Prolouge
Prologue 1
Ash ketchum lived in Canterlot city in the Equestria region which was the strongest region in the Pokemon world. He was in the forest on the outskirts of the city with his partner and best friend Pikachu.
They watched as Caterpie, Weedles, Wurmples and Scatterbugs climbed trees and suck the pollens from the flowers, while Oddish and Bellsprouts playing joyfully with each other.
"Pikachu, I can't wait to become a Pokemon trainer. that way I can befriend and capture alot of different Pokemon and raised them to their full potential."
"Pika Pika!" said the electric mouse.
Just then a girl with dark violet hair walked up behind Ash. She wore a lavender blouse and dark purple jeans. Her name was Princess Luna. She was older sister and the second Champion of the Equestria region.
"There you are Ashton."
"Huh, Oh hey Luna. How did you know I was here?" Ash asked
"Simple, Tia told you like coming here. But you are wanted back at the castle." said Luna sternly
"I see, very well." said Ash. Luna could help but feel worried about her little brother.
"Your still upset, because mother went into hiding." said Luna sadly
"Yeah and I was wondering what I want to do when I grow up." said Ash.
"What do you want to do?" asked Luna.
Ash smiled and looked at the sky. "I want to be a Pokemon Master and Top Coordinator like Mom did."
Luna could help but smile at Ash's excitement and confident.
Ash and Luna returned to the castle to where Princess Celestia, who was the 1st Champion of Equestria was waiting with her niece Cadnece, The famous Top Coordinator of the Crystal Kingdom.
"Ash, we're you playing in the forest again." asked Celestia.
"Yes Tia, I was fine Pikachu with me." said Ash.
"We know Ash, but you could at least have Nate, Lucas, Brendan or Marina come with you." Cadence scolded.
Ash rubbed his head sheeply.
"So did you see any new Pokemon?" asked Nate.
"Yeah I did." said Ash.
"Really that's so cool." said Marina.
" I know after I see all the cool Pokemon, I want to be a Pokemon master and Top Coordinator." said Ash.
Celestia smiled. That is a very good dream Ash, which is way I sending all of you to My Pokemon Academy for Pokemon Trainers."
"Alright!" they shouted.
And done. I hope you all like it. I have been pretty busy lately with my Job, Turning 28 last Tuesday, packing for my cruise. Which why I won't be posting any story when I leave on the 25 of June.
Also I been suffering from writer's block since I needed new story ideas since my other story were not that good. Some weren't getting enough reviews and I keep getting review by the same person called Guest. So I putting my two other story on ON PERMANENT HIATUS until further notice.
Anyways Celestia is the main Champion of the Equestria along side Luna who runs a another Pokemon league on the other side of Equestria, ever since their mom went into hiding which will be explain next chapter. You can guest who Nate, Lucas and Brendan are from. The three are related to Ash and the royal family since their cousin and nephaws.
I also add Marina from Pokemon Chronicles since I don't know her real parents in the anime.
Next time: Ash and his sibling enroll in Celestia's Pokemon Academy. There Ash meets 6 girls who become very interest in him. But there's trouble when Academy bully and Pokemon queen challenges Ash to a Pokemon battle. Will Ash prove that he's a better Pokemon trainer or will humiliate his royal family's name?
