A blonde beauty sat up from her bed a tired look adorning her face. Slowly standing up she straightened out her night gown and grabbed a thick cardigan pulling it over her curvaceous body. She opened her door and looked left and right hoping there was nobody roaming around in the hallways. To her luck, it was quiet so she stealthily made her way downstairs, cringing with each squeaky floorboard she stood on. When she got to the bottom she quickly grabbed her shoes and put them on. She was slightly wary about leaving the house without anyone in the middle of the night but she couldn't sleep and she didn't want to disturb anyone so she reached into her pocket and rubbed her golden keys with her soft hands enjoying the safety she felt from them. Carefully she opened the door and left.

Chapter 1:

The orb

Oh man would her father be mad at her but she didn't care she was feeling restless, every time she would close her eyes she would see things; things that have never happened to her, and every time there was a man with brightly coloured pink hair. She never told her father or any of her friends scared that she would get sent away. She needed some fresh air. She walked down the long pathway leading to a beautiful pond she had come to love. She stood admiring the nightlife, the soft hooting of an owl almost lulling her to sleep. She looked down and saw there was a small bunny chewing on a small chunk of hay. She bent down and softly stroked the bunny with the back of her hand, she smiled sweetly when it suddenly scuttered away. She looked into the pond and sighed, she used to come down here with her mother until she got too old to hang out with her mother. It was their secret spot when her father would get angry.

She had been looking out over the small pond when she suddenly saw a bright red orb like light floating in the water and for some reason she felt compelled to reach for it so she did. Her hand reached into the water and something pulled her in, once in the water she tried to grasp onto something but the pond seemed so deep. She's been in here before it wasn't so deep. What was happening? She saw the light again and reached for it, with the tips of her fingers she pulled it in to her stomach. Thousands of images of the strange pink haired man flashed in her head with a strong feeling of love filling her. She looked up once more attempting to swim up to the surface but failed and the next thing she saw between blinking fuzzy eyes was him.

The young woman found herself aching, everywhere! Hesitantly she opened her eyes revealing an unfamiliar ceiling. You see her bedroom ceiling had beautiful constellations decorating it, much to her fathers chagrin, this ceiling did not, no this ceiling was pure white. All the memories of last night came flooding back and immediately she shot up looking around the room hoping to see the infirmary she would recognise at home. But no she was in a room she didn't know. Suddenly a petite girl with fair skin and long, dark blue hair and brown eyes walked in with a white cloth in her hand. Her eyes brightened upon seeing her patient awake, "You're awake. How're you feeling?" the blonde said nothing and watched as the young girl walked closer and reached her hand forward. The now sweating woman panicked and pushed the hand away. The dark blue haired girl reeled her hand back, "So-sorry, I just wanted to check your temperature." she walked back and mumbled she was going to get somebody, this made her panic even more.

She didn't know where she was or what was going on so the minute she left she got up looking for any exits, "Lucy what have you got yourself into?" Lucy said to herself as she looked out the window, looking down she saw she was two floors up and probably couldn't even find the strength to jump out. From the reflection she watched the door slowly open once again the small girl from before had walked in but behind- Lucy's eyes widened spinning quickly her brown doe eyes connected with dark onyx ones belonging to a man she found to be all too familiar. She pointed her finger accusingly at him, "You!" she heard a similar response from said man but was unable to confirm as she once again fell unconscious being plunged into a dream like flashback.

Hi guys! I'm here with a new story. I've had other stories mostly modern day and I wanted to give this idea a go soooo that's the end of the first chapter, hope you enjoyed it. All feedback is appreciated. Just so you know I don't plan on making these chapters any specific length, I kind of just want to write to how I feel which is unlike 'Mafia Boss' (One of my other stories) where I felt I had to make each chapter long, I hope that is okay. Can I just say though, for some reason the first chapter of my longer stories always end up being shorter than any of my other chapters but any way if you want it here's a sneak peak.

Sneak peek:

It was ridiculous that he was afraid to fall asleep. Well he wasn't afraid he was just shy, which was very weird for Natsu's personality and for sleeping. How can you be shy to sleep? You see it makes sense in Natsu's position as every time he would sleep, he would see the most beautiful woman he has seen. Her long blonde hair that would flow through his fingers and her bright brown eyes he would find himself getting lost in.
