Author Note: Blazingdragon reviewed Naruto's Feelings (oneshot), and suggested write something about Naruto being accepted into the Hyuuga clan.
Chapter One
Hinata was standing beside who she hoped to be her next boyfriend, named Naruto. Naruto stood tall and proud, while beside him, Hinata stood fidgeting in front of her father. Her father, Hiashi, began to speak, when the door burst open, and there stood an angry Neji. Neji said, "Uncle, I demand that you remove the scum that stands before you, then, I will talk to you about more important matters."
"Hinata is not scum, and Naruto is technically not "scum". He is attempting to pass the trials to be accepted into the Hyuuga main branch. He may have the nine-tailed demon fox inside of him, but at least he is attempting the trials, however, you are being such a crybaby. You are in the cadet branch Neji, but you said that one day that you would join the main branch, but now it is too late. Naruto is the last and will be last one to take the trials while I'm alive. He will not be a full fledged Hyuuga clan member, but he will be above you, Neji, and once I die, he will become the rightful leader of the Hyuuga clan. Now, leave us, until I come to you in person to talk." Hiashi said angrily.
Neji stared angrily at Naruto for a few seconds, and then stormed off to somewhere else. Then Hiashi directed his attention back to Naruto and said, "Naruto, these trials are deadly. If you die, it is not our fault. But, if you want to Hinata's hand in marriage, you must pass these trials. I'm sorry for the hard decision, but those are the rules of the clan. Do you want to continue with the trials?"
"Yes." Naruto said.
"Are you sure? Because I don't want you to die. You would break Hinata's heart."
Naruto said, "…….."
