"That was one heck of a court session…" Apollo yawned, rubbing the back of his neck with his free hand. In the other, he carried an envelope filled with photographs of dead victims and documents of various details about the murder case. "Well, if it isn't Mr. Justice." A dark voice growled smugly from behind. Startled, Apollo turned towards the familiar voice.
A speckled man with peculiar blonde hair stood before him. "Gavin!" Apollo declared aloud as he pointed a finger of accusation at his direction. Gavin smiled and shook his head. "Still using your vocal chords of steel, I see." Apollo narrowed a set of suspicious eyes at Gavin. "I thought they placed you in jail for murder." Gavin let loose a hearty laugh and glared viciously at Apollo. "Please, I know you forged the evidence." He grinned slyly, brushing his spectacles back up his nose with a finger. "By the way…Mr. Justice…I wish to speak to you in private."
Apollo followed Gavin until they came upon an empty office. When they were both inside, Gavin flipped the lock on the door. "Well Mr. Justice, I think it's about time." Apollo backed up against the desk and glared at Gavin with confusion. "Why are you here? H-how did you mange to get out of jail!?" Apollo roared aloud with disbelief. Gavin chuckled as he shortened his distance between the other male. "Why Mr. Justice, I simply want my revenge. It was you, after all, which placed me in that cell. Remember?"
It all flashed back to Apollo, his first court case, The grape juice bottle, the poker game, and the cheater all flashed through Apollo's mind. Then Trucy…when she gave him the blood spattered Ace card… That forged evidence; he hadn't the faintest clue about. This put Mr. Gavin, ex prosecutor, into a cage of hell… Apollo's eyes widened with fear as the stack of documents he was holding fell to the floor in a scattered heap. Apollo went to make a break for it, but then realized that Gavin had kindly bolted the door. Gavin gripped Apollo roughly about the arms and increased his grip. "A wonderful friend of mine had the courtesy to bail me out." Gavin whispered in a devilish voice as he felt Apollo struggle from beneath his grasp.
In a panic, Apollo began to wildly thrash about, but his efforts were no match for Gavin's crushing hold. Apollos mind began to race with urgency, searching for a way to break free. Unable to use his arms, Apollo sunk his teeth deep into Gavin's arm until it began to bleed. Gavin let loose a sharp intake of breath, releasing Apollo. "OBJECTION!" Apollo cried as he quickly stumbled over towards the other side of the room. "I'm afraid I'm going to have to overrule that." Gavin hissed as he dashed towards the Attorney and swung a heavy fist into the air. Apollo faintly dodged the attack, as a crushing blow landed a few inches from his head.
