Down, start, up, start, start, right, left

Endless commands sending me this way and that. Who is doing this? Why are they doing this?

It's been 12 hours! Wtf you still here? How are we still here? The Helix Fossil will guide us! Just believe!

"I can't help it." I say dryly as I walk into another wall. I back up, only to spin in a few circles before setting off to the right. The music echoes over and over in my head and the Team Rocket grunts, once intimidating, now stare listlessly ahead, unless I talk to them. They spring to life to throw a threat at me but return to their stoic vigils.

Use Helix! Trust in our one true lord, the Helix Fossil.

I don't understand as I pick the fossil out of my bag once again. It looks normal; a brown rock with a spiral shell embedded in it. However, it beckons...for I to obey. I shove it back in the bag annoyed, yet confused.

Red! Now is not the time to use that!

I know! I still walk on, the seemingly random words bouncing around in my empty head. Start, start, start. I pause before continuing and pause again before walking in this place.

We need the lift key!

You are the ones who can't get it! I can't do anything! You are controlling me and I can't fix it! Idiots!

Everyone we need to join our consciousness together and work as one enlightened being under the guidance of the Helix fossil! Ignore the false prophet, Flareon of the hellfire! May the Helix and his disciple Pidgeot of the swift guide us out! Rest in Peace, ABBBBBBK ) and JLVWNNOOOO.

My first companion, Charmander who had since evolved to Charmeleon who I fondly thought of as Abby was gone. So was the Rattata Jay Leno. I hope they are safe. They made me release it then blamed it on their adversary, the Dome Fossil. I always like Kabuto more than Omanyte but their voices made me choose the Helix. And my Flareon, who was difficult to obtain as it is, thanks to the muddled confusion inside my head. He was supposed to be Vaporeon, so we could surf but the Fire Stone was bought. They call him a false prophet and blame him too. I didn't want any of this. Probably the only positive thing out of this is Pidgeot, who is loyal to the end. However this tires him; he is sitting on my shoulder, lifeless only to be awakened by the fury of battle. Flareon walks beside me, in similar condition. His tail drags across the floor and eyes, filled with such glee when I first met him, dark and empty.

Left, right, start, A, B, left, left, A

I'm tired. I've been walking for days, bumping into walls, jumping off ledges, turning and turning over again. I should have never left home. My dream was to defeat all the gyms, become the champion and catch every Pokemon. But when the voices started and I couldn't walk straight, that dream was dashed. I want to stop. I can't. The stairs...I can see them. I try to go to them but I'm jerked right. I'm going to die here and if not here, somewhere else. I've become an unwilling pawn to a horde of spirits, who cannot even find peace among themselves.
