"Every new beginning comes from some other beginning's end." Seneca.

The light streamed in, bringing with it there strange warmth. The temperature rose slightly. I looked down at my other half's face that was contendly nestled in the crook of my neck . His strong arms wrapped around me and his body almost on top of mine. I'd never felt more contended and safe. His hair was open and lay softly on his muscled back. Beautiful. I ran my fingers down his taut cheek gently, he smiled. Of course he was up. I pouted. A laugh rumbled through his chest bringing a smile to my face. We earned this peace after all we'd been through.

The Beginning.

I was going into a war zone. Where evil ruled, blood was shed, deciet was as common as rainy days in this place.

Well, no, but it was highschool nontheless. I was new here, my first day in the campus. I , Naruto, my brother in every sense except blood and Kakashi, my gaurdian, had just shifted cities. We wanted to try the big cities as we had lived in the small ones all our lives. It wasn't the first time we had shifted, little mistakes were common and being extra careful never hurt. But this time we wanted to shift. Well, it was me convincing Naruto by being all cuddly wuddly (as if!) and he hadn't given much of a fight, fortunately. Kakashi just did not want to trouble himself with trying to convince me, it took too much effort.

I don't know but the place held some importance, i could feel it. Maybe something from my past? I hope i come to know about it quick, it was eating me and all the pondering was giving me terrible headaches. I'd stay up all night fidgetating and too anxious to go to sleep.

We entered the school parking lot in my red Lotus Elise '08 California Edition. It was my new babe that I pretty much wasn't in anyway giving anyone, specially Naruto of all people. He was just too immature to be given a car and a lotus was way out of his league which is why I had it. Kakashi was too old to be going to school, naturally he stayed home reading the disgusting orange books of his.

The car in itself naturally drew attention, unwanted attention. I didn't want to come in this car but Naruto being Naruto had pestered me till i had given in. It was all his fault. We stepped out of the car and made our way to our class, as we had gotten our scheduals already. It was homeroom with Iruka. The excitement bubbled for unknown reasons, i felt giddy, that was new. Naruto somehow caught on my mood and smiled brightly mistaking it for excitement for school.

We slipped in the room relatively unnoticed. At first.

It was all Naruto's bloody , it wasn't really because he didn't want to fall down and break a table, all eyes moved in synch towards the disturbance and well pink hair and a whiskered face aren't all that common here either. Just fantastic.

Iruka entered the class saving us from a lot of embarassment. He took no note of the broken table, starting his class. He wasn't one of us but it looked like he knew about us.

I would love to know what you think of the story. And anyone interested for beta-reading, please contact me, i'm in dire need of one. Thank you.
