Choking on Irony

This poem paradises the scene where Peter invites his boss, Mr. Weed, over for supper; you know the part where Brian chokes on a dinner roll? Well, read on its great!

I, in fact, recreated the scene with different characters, but what the hell? It's still a riot, please continue!

One beautiful summer night,

A group of friends sat eating dinner, calmly, by candle light

They held still engaging in casual chatter,

What ever that may be…

Then all of a sudden there came a knocking on the door,

The doorbell rang loud and clear,

For all to hear,

Bang! Bang! Bang! Is any body there?

The loud ruckus alarmed Billy-Jim,

Who in turn began choking on a croissant,

His face quickly turned red,

If somebody didn't do something soon surely he would be dead!

Taking drastic action Big Martha got a of her seat,

She agilely stepped behind the choking goober

And used the Heimlich maneuver,

She strained Jim's chest and he spat out the croissant,

"Big" had saved Jim's life, though unfortunately…

The French roll he had spit out,

Was consequently swallowed by Diaz with considerable force,

He died before he could finish his second course!
