Hidan groaned to himself as he shifted through a pile of papers.
"How can this shit be so fucking hard?"
What Hidan was referring to was Kakuzu's paperwork. Every time Kakuzu comes back from a mission, he starts fixing his finances, neglecting the zealot. So, Hidan thought he would do Kakuzu's paperwork while the miser is on a mission, therefore they will have more time together. But now, his head was hurting from the all the complicated math problems.
"Hidan-nii, are you ok?"
Hidan looks at the doorway and smiled. There stood Setsuna Akino, one of the newest members of the Akatsuki. She's 17, but looks much younger, due to her childish looks and is only 4'11. Hidan found it funny that she hailed from the mist village; she looked so non-threatening. She also's uses an honorific with anyone, except with Pein and Sasori, who she regularly flips off. She has knee-length white hair and violet eyes; she actually looks like she related to Hidan, thus calling him Hidan-nii. She also has a great respect for Kakuzu, so she calls him sempai.
"Hey,Setsuna. I'm trying to do Kakuzu's paperwork, so we could have more time together. But this shit is so hard!"
"I'll help you. Maybe I'll get Deidara-kun to help."
Setsuna left for a minute and then she came back dragging Deidara, who didn't look happy.
"Why the hell do I have to help, un?"
"Because Hidan-nii is our friend, so come on and help!"
Deidara grumbled as both he and Setsuna sat down and started looking through the papers. Then, Setsuna spoke up.
"Hey Hidan-nii, do you call sempai any other nickname besides Kuzu?"
Hidan had a thoughtful look on her face and then he shook his head.
"No, I don't have any other names for Kakuzu."
"Why don't you call him Danna like I called Sasori,un?"
"That's dumb as hell! Why the fuck would I call him that?"
"How about hot chocolate?"
The two Akatsuki veterans look at Setsuna, who was blushing slightly.
"You know…" she stammered, "because of his skin color?"
Hidan and Deidara looked at each other and burst out laughing, Setsuna soon joining in.
"Ooo, how about stitches, un?" quipped Deidara
"That sounds like a name for a dog, Blondie." retorted Hidan.
"Jade Eyes", chirped Setsuna.
"Sounds too pretty, Setsuna."
"Black Velvet, un."
Setsuna giggles, "That sounds like sempai; tall, dark, and handsome."
Then, Hidan grinned, "Well, most people are taller then you, ne Setsuna?"
Hidan laughed when he saw Setsuna's annoyed expression, knowing her height was a sore spot for her.
"Oh shut up!" she retorted.
Deidara and Hidan started laughing and then the trio continued.
"Sexyback, un"
"Hotstuff"
"Green Eyes"
"That's too pretty Setsuna!"
"Sexyness,un"
"Kuzu-chan"
"Oh, I got a good one!" Setsuna exclaimed. The two men looked at her, waiting for her answer.
"How about chocolate thunder?" Setsuna said with a grin.
The trio howled with laughter. They were still laughing when Itachi came in to see what all the noise is about.
"What's going on in here?" asked the Uchiha.
Setsuna shook her head, wiping tears of mirth from her eyes and chuckling.
"It's nothing, Itachi-san." Setsuna managed to hiccup. That's when she noticed a mug in Itachi's hand.
"Hey, watcha drinking, Itachi-san?"
"Oh, hot chocolate", Itachi said.
Setsuna looked at Hidan and Deidara, and then they burst out laughing. They were still laughing when Itachi left, thinking that everyone in this organization is crazy as hell.
AN: I noticed with the "Dark" theme that it's usually sad stuff. So, this time, I put something funny. I also introduced my OC, Setsuna. I was inspired from the show Criminal Minds, which one of the characters Garcia kept calling her friend, Morgan, a whole bunch of nicknames. I don't own Naruto, but Setsuna is mine.
