It was a dark and rainy afternoon in Konohagure Village. Large pools of water formed in the streets as rolls of thunder echoed the skies. No one roamed the streets as the lightning flashed over head. It was dead quiet until a blond boy yelled out inside of Konoha's Ninja lounge "He's later than Kakashi-sensei has ever been! I say we leave him behind"
In almost perfect unison Ino, Temari and Sakura yelled back at him, "Who died and made you leader!" "Girls", an older woman yelled"I'm sure he will be here soon. In the meantime wait patiently." One of the boys looked at the glass doors adjusted his rounded sunglasses and quietly spoke "Tsunade-sama, he's here."
White-eyes flashed open from a cross-legged boy who by the looks of it was meditating. Neji stood up and sighed. He looked through the glass and blinked twice. He could have sworn that the water on the ground and the rain in the air moved away from the stranger's body.
The stranger was holding a large plastic white bag with contents in it. He was dressed in back leathery shorts and a same color shirt of the same material. Fishnet could be seen from the sleeves of each arm and leg, covering around 4 inches after each sleeve or pant leg would stop. On his feet were the same pair open toed and heelless shoes that all shinobi wore, except his were black. His hair was of liberty spike fashion and was a mixture of red, orange and yellow making it the thing that stood out the most on his body.
The person, looking around Kiba's age, wore a large purple sash that went from around his waist to his right shoulder. It was the only thing from keeping his satchel from falling off his body. He opened the door and adjusted the satchel bag resting on his lower backside.
The stranger began rummaging through the white bag as Naruto and Sakura began to shout with angry faces "You're late" With this he handed Naruto two covered bowls from the bag "Ramen and Miso soup for you" he went through the bag and began to pass out bowls and take-out boxes of food to the ninjas in the room.
He stopped after handing Kiba two boxes, one with the same style as the rest and the other cube shaped with a dog's picture on it. He then turned to Gaara who stared at him as he did anything else he saw. He tossed Gaara a couple of black energy bars, whose hands caught it and placed them in his pocket.
"So is this how Chunin from your country act or is it just you" Tsunade calmly stated"if so, I'll remove you from this mission and find ourselves another suitable person." The mystery Chunin replied "Well if it isn't the Legendary Sucker" Everyone but Hinata who was too busy staring at Naruto with flushed cheeks and Gaara whom was too preoccupied by Shukaku's thoughts and will looked at Tsunade with bewildered looks on their faces. Tsunade chuckled "How do you know me by that name" And with that the boy held out a blue bag of money, a book and four sealed scrolls.
"You" Tsunade gasped. She took out a five million bill from in between her breasts and grabbed one of the scrolls. She wrapped the bill around one of the scrolls and said "And I also bet..." she paused "Shodaime and Nidaime's mansion", she yelled. "Fine.", the boy said "You're the last person anyways. I only have two left." The boy opened the book and flipped twenty-four pages and set the book on the floor "Who am I", he said in a calm voice. Tsunade looked at the names carefully"You are...Tatami Iwashi", she said with a triumphant voice. The boy drew his finger across the chosen name. It disappeared leaving one name "I am Chokichi Gekkiou, son of Tsubaki Gekkiou, formerly Tsubaki Gashir."
