My first Naruto fic, actually it's my first fic ever so I hope it's not
too bad. I wrote it about a year ago but lost in the move.

Off in one of the darker areas of Konohagakure No Sato, tucked away between a bar and a strip club, was a small adult book store that was well known to a certain jounin, the same jounin who was standing at the register, holding his new purchess. The latest edition of "Icha Icha Paradise".
"See ya next time Hatake-san." The extremly periced teenaged girl behind the counter said.
"Yup, later." Was all Kakashi said as he walked out the door, lifting one hand in a backwards wave.
Once he was out in the street, without looking around he jumped up on the roofs and sped off to his favorite reading spot, the Hokage Monument.
Upon arriving there it didn't take him long to realize that a certain, young, brooding Uchiha, avenger was sitting in his favorite reading spot. "Sasuke, what brings you all the way up here?" Kakashi said in hopes of making this quick, so he could read his prized possesion in peace.
"I looked for you at your apartment, but you weren't there. Then I ran into Gai-sensei, he said I should be able to find you here, guess he was right." Sasuke said evenly, but didn't elaborate on why he was there looking for Kakashi.
"So you're here because...?" Kakashi questioned.
"I wanted to do some extra training." The young boy said.
Kakashi knew Sasuke wouldn't take "No" for an answer, so being the genius that he is, he devised a plan. "Alright I wasn't going to tell anybody this, but I had Naruto go do some solo training in the south part of the village, if you can find him by..." He glanced up at the sun, it was about midday. "Sundown. I'll give you some night lessons, but you can't backtrack, so be sure you've looked everywhere before moving on to another area."
Sasuke looked at him for a moment, then shrugged and said, "Alright." And he hopped off the monument and went south.
Kakashi sighed with releif, then settled down and made himself comfortable. He was just about to open his book when an orange and blonde blur dove into him at high speed.
"Sensei!!! Gai-sensei said I could find you here. You're giving Sasuke bastard more extra lessons aren't you?" Came the slightly high pitched whine of the blonde.
"Hai hai Naruto, he's training in the north training grounds, so stay away." Sometimes, Kakashi thought to himself. I'm such a genius.
"Okay sensei." Naruto replied sadly and ran off, but Kakashi could destinctly see the hyperactive blonde head north.
Kakashi chuckled to himself and got comfortable again, and opened his book, this time however he got through the first page before he was interrupted.
"Hello sensei, Gai-sensei said that I could find you here and I was wondering..." The girl was cut off.
"Sasuke, training, east..." he didn't even have to finish his sentence, for the young, pink haired, kunoichi was gone in a flash. So he went back to reading, but it wasn't long before he was interrupted yet again. This time by the replacement Chuunin examiner, Genma.
"Yo Kakashi, that fruit loop Gai said I would find you here, so do ya want to go get drunk with me?" He said
"Mabey later tonight, I'll certainly need it." Kakashi replied.
"Alright see ya later then." With that Genma walked off.
Just as Kakashi was going back to his book Iruka walked up. "Good Afternoon Kakashi-sensei, Gai-sensei said I could..." He stopped talking as Kakashi stood and walked to the edge of the monument, and with jounin grace he flipped over the edge and landed skillfully at the bottem, then he darted into the village. It was time he did something he should have done all those years ago when he was a young boy.
It was time to kill Maito Gai.
