"Mom, I don't want to go to Forks!" Bella complained as Bella's mom drove her to the airport.

"Look, I don't want you to go to Forks but your Dad insists that you go see him for the summer. I'm sure you're going to love it!" Bella's mom tried to argue. It had been 2 years since Bella's father had walked out and she hadn't seen him since. Bella hated her parents being divorced but she knew there was nothing she could do about it.

Eventually, they pulled up at the airport. Bella dragged herself out the car and took her suitcase of her mom. She hadn't packed much as she only planned staying for a week. Her mom had been "seeing someone" for few weeks and Bella couldn't say she was happy for her as she defiantly wasn't.

"Now, you behave for you dad and don't get into too much trouble. If you like it there, you can go more often! Wouldn't that be nice?"

"Yeah, that'd be great!" Bella sarcastically said as she hugged her mom.

"Bye honey! I'm going to miss you!" Bella noticed her mom had a tear in her eye.

"Don't embarrass me mom!" Bella had a small amount of anger in her voice but she understood why her mom was crying. "Bye. I won't be gone long!"

Bella took the handle of her suitcase and dragged it down the high curb over to the airport. She turned around to see her mom was still there, crying like before. She gave a small wave and walked off. She was wondering what it was going to be like at Forks, new people, new house and a new life for a week.
