I slowly unpacked my stuff and thought about my new home. 'I'm probably going to be here awhile', I thought arranging my stuff nicely. I thought about earlier when I was talking to my new teacher, Shinigami, 'it's going to be hard to catch up, as all the other students will be at a much higher level than you' he had said. 'I see potential in you, as the abomination, you could master anything with the right kind of training. My son will also be there to help you out' he concluded before showing me up to my room. After I finished putting everything away in its own little spot, I plopped down on the bed, eager for a rest before jumping back up to get the knock at the door. I made sure my dress was nice and strait, same with my hair before opening the door. Once the door was open, I watched as a boy a bit older than me put out his hand. "Hello Chaos" he said smiling at me. "I apologize for coming to see you right now, but I'm busy later so now was the best time". I watched him as we shook hands, very aware of how warm and soft his hands were. He had on a black jacket with white squares down the shoulders and the front of his chest over a red collared shirt. He also had on black slacks and black shoes, with a skull pendant around his neck. I couldn't help but notice his golden eyes and his half black, half black and white striped hair. I blushed slightly when I realized I had been staring. "No, its fine" I mumbled softly. He laughed at my response, "I'm Death the Kid, most people call me kid". I smiled at him as two girls walked down the hall. "Patty, Liz, this is Chaos, she's going to be staying with us for a while". He said running his fingers through his hair. I blushed at the sudden attention and tucked my blonde hair behind my ear. "Hi" I said softly, talking as little as possible. For whatever reason I never got along with other girls, I have very a very short temper that becomes worse when in around other females. Both girls stopped to say hello and kept trekking down the hall. "Yeah, well I gotta go to class. If you need anything," he paused writing down a number on a piece of paper, "just call me alright?" "Ok" I answered softly. "It was nice meeting you" he yelled from half way down the hall. I waved and emerged back into my room, falling back on my bed to take a nap.

When I woke up, it was early evening. I got up and took a walk to get the sleep out of my eyes. Stretching my arms over my head, I was delighted to feel the cool wind on my heated skin. I walked along the tree infested path, not knowing where I was going until I heard the music. Now, following the sound of a glorious piano, I swiftly traveled through the forest, very eager to get to my destination.
