She still couldn't believe that he was gone. The house felt so empty without him. But it wasn't just the house that felt empty. Her heart did too. When he had left he had taken a piece if it with him. She knew that she had the rest of the family to help her through the pain of missing him. And although she was grateful for their support and love she needed him in her life. She missed him. She missed his soft brown eyes that would look at her with love. She missed hearing him laugh and the way they would curl up together on the sofa while watching T.V. She missed the way he would tell her that he loved her and then kiss her on her cheek. Tears fell from her eyes as memories of him swirled in her head. From their very first meeting to the day he left her house. He had come into her life when she had least expected it. She hadn't even realized that she needed him in her life. But she had. She did. But he was gone. Gone from her life but not her heart. She kept arguing with herself that she should just go to him. That she should bring him back. But she couldn't. It wouldn't be fair. It wouldn't be right. He was where he was supposed to be. She had let him go because it had been the right thing to do. But, doing the right thing never was easy. She knew that. Every time she looked in his room or saw someone that reminded her of him her heart broke all over again.

"You miss him don't you?"

She nodded her head unable to put into words the hurt and sorrow she felt.

"I do too."

"The house seems so empty without him."

"I know."

"It's like a piece of my heart is missing. It's like a piece of our family is missing." she said as fresh tears fell down her cheeks.

"That's not true. A piece of our family isn't missing. Once you're a part of our family..."

"You're always a part." she smiled softly.

"Come on I have your favorite meal waiting for you."

"You're always looking out for me." she smiled.

"Well hey, you are the Boss." he smiled back at her and offered his hand to her.

She slipped her hand in his and together they walked hand in hand into the kitchen.

"Oh by the way. Mrs Napoli called earlier. She said we can see Billy this Sunday."

"Oh that's good. I can't wait to see him."

"Me either Angela. Me either."
