Lily Miss Perfect
Lily Evans, a seventeen year old, seventh year student at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizarding; walked out of The Great Hall, to retrieve a book she had forgotten in her transfiguration classroom. Twirling her fire red waist length hair, she left only to meet two of the 'famous' Marauders, James Potter and Sirius Black, torturing a little first year. She rolled her emerauld eyes at their ignorance.
James Potter had round glasses that magnifided his hazel eyes, messy jet black hair and he was also seventeen. Sirius Black had grey-blue eyes, he too had messy black hair, though his past his shoulders and was aswell seventeen. Most girls would call them sexy, but Lily had a different opinion of them: egotistical gits.
"James Whatever-Your-Middle-Name-Is Potter! Leave that kid alone!" Lily scolded, her firery temper getting the better of her. The little first year was now jumping up and down on one foot, spinning in a circle, patting his head and rubing his stomach, at top speed.
"Only, if you go out with me!" he shouted back, grinning his cheesy grin.
"Never! Never would I go out with an insensitive, irresponsible, self-centered, egotistical, idiotic jerk!" she glared at him and with a wave of her wand the poor kid was free. Before anyone could say anything she stormed up the steps to the third floor, down the corridor and entered the transfiguration classroom.
Not even a minute after she entered, not even half way to her desk, James followed her in.
"What do you want, Potter?" she questioned, as he neared her.
"I want to know why you think you're Little Miss Perfect?" he glared with crossed arms. He normally didn't take kindly to whenever she turned him down with insults in front of the school.
"I will have you know I do not think that. I am certainly not perfect!" she replied in a kind of hurt voice. "I have many faults."
"Oh," stepping closer then he already was, he arched an eyebrow, "What would they be?"
Rolling her eyes, she took a deep breath and stepped backwards and started walking towards the front of the class. "I chew with my mouth open, I have no common sense, I talk before I think, I am too nice for my own good…"
"How so?"
"Well, I always help the Slytherins even though they always call me mudblood. Anyway, where was I?" She sat on the teachers desk. "Oh, yeah. I can't pronounce pretty much any word that starts with the letter 's', I am a horrible singer, I refuse to do anything that will get me in trouble, I have too much of a conscious." She paused for air, "Most of my friends use me for good marks, my sister detests me completely and… and… I love you."
"That's a fault?" he walked up real close to her. Lily felt uncomfortable, so she jumped off the desk and went to pick up her book.
"Yes. When I hate everything about you." She headed for the door and almost left, when James caught her arm. That made her wonder how he did that, be there one second and here the next.
"Why do you hate me?"
A smile played on her lips, "Wrong question, you should have asked me, why I love you? Otherwise we'll be here forever if I list the reasons."
"Okay, why do you love me?"
She shrugged him off, "I just do." He opened his mouth as to say something, "But I hate the way you grin so cheesily, the way you prank everyone, the way you constently ask me out and the way you're so smug…"
"I can change," he stepped back, she shook her head.
"Don't, all I know is I love you and if you ever change I wouldn't anymore," she leaned in and kissed him gently on the lips. When she pulled away, she was only pulled back.
